Retention Committee
The committee shall be responsible for continuous monitoring of the retention of undergraduate students and for recommending retention initiatives and working with the appropriate deans and student affairs to establish them.
Membership
The Retention Committee shall be composed of: six faculty, four continuing/ex-officio members, two non-voting continuing/ex-officio members, and two undergraduate students nominated by the Student Government Association.
The Director of Student Academic Support Services, Assoc. VP of Student Financial Services, Senior VP for Student Affairs (or designee), and VP and Assoc. Provost (or designee) shall serve as voting ex-officio members of the committee. The two non-voting continuing/ex-officio members of the committtee shall be served by the Associate Provost for Academic Effectiveness and the Director of Academic Advising.
